How to delete your data

Email support@lunalovehoroscopes.com from the address you used, with the subject "Delete my data". If you have a subscription, cancel it first (or tell us to cancel it).

Within 30 days we delete your quiz answers, reports, forecasts and email records, and confirm by email.

What we have to keep

Stripe and we keep basic payment records (amount, date, transaction reference) where tax and accounting law requires it.
