What we collect

What you give us: your email, first name, your sign, birth date and (optionally) birth time, and his sign and (optionally) his birth date. Please only share details about him that you are comfortable sharing.

Payments: Stripe handles your card details. We receive the payment status, amount and a customer reference, not your card number.

Usage: the pages you visit, the link you came from (for example a code from an Instagram message), and a random visitor ID stored in a first-party cookie.

Why we use it

To create and deliver your report and forecasts, send you the emails you asked for, measure how the site performs, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Who processes it for us

Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and OpenRouter with its AI model providers (writing the readings). The AI providers receive chart positions and your first name, never your email or payment details.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies only: a visitor ID, the last link code you used, and, during experiments, which version of the site you see. We don't use advertising trackers.

Selling and sharing

We don't sell your personal information and don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or as long as needed to provide the service and meet tax and accounting rules for payment records.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data or for deletion at any time by writing to support@lunalovehoroscopes.com. See the Data deletion page. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we honor them for everyone.

Age

Luna is only for people 18 or older. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
